Ken brings over 35
years of real estate, property appraisal, mass appraisal, management and
property tax administration experience to TEAM Consulting. As a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers for over 32 years, he
has twice served as the elected associate member of IAAO's Executive
Board and has served on numerous IAAO committees. He is an IAAO senior
instructor and has worked as a consultant both nationally and
internationally, completing numerous independent appraisal assignments
for real and personal property over the past 35 years.
Ken is a State of
Georgia and United States Virgin Islands certified general real estate
appraiser and an MAI and SRA designated member of the Appraisal
Institute.
