Brent
has over 30 years' experience in the public and private sectors in the
appraisal/consulting industry. He has served as director of appraisal
for the Cuyahoga County Auditor (metropolitan Cleveland) for 15 years as
well as a commercial/industrial and residential appraiser. Brent is
presently serving as a consultant to the Cuyahoga County auditor for the
2006 reappraisal program in Cleveland and completing
commercial/industrial appraisals for the same program. He has also
completed numerous independent appraisal assignments for all property
types over the past 30 years.
Brent has been a
member of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) for
over 20 years, is a State of Ohio certified general appraiser and a
senior member on the American Society of Appraisers with designations in
ad valorem real estate and urban real estate.
